Returns

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return your original item (once approved)
  2. Place a new order separately

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
